CUSTOM BUILDS

THE SYSTEM YOU NEED DOESN’T EXIST OFF THE SHELF.
BUILD IT.

a rough sketch of what you need, built into a working tool your team owns

Every tool is almost right, too generic here, missing the one thing there, and none of them talk to each other. We build the software your operation actually needs, on top of the systems you already run.

THE PROBLEM

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE FROM THE INSIDE

The spreadsheet everyone on your team shares breaks a little more each month. Someone always knows the fix, until the day that person is out sick and nobody else does.

You have described the tool you actually need to three different vendors. None of them build custom, so you either bend your operation around software that almost fits, or you keep improvising.

The team has a workaround for the workaround. Nobody remembers why it works, only that touching it breaks something else.

The person who understood how the whole system fit together does not work here anymore, and the documentation that would have explained it never existed.

None of that is a discipline problem. It is a missing tool, and every month you go without it costs your team hours it should be spending on the work only they can do.

THE FIX, DRAWN OUT

FROM ROUGH SKETCH TO WORKING TOOL

‘Our setup is too intricate, nobody wants to touch it.’ That’s most of our clients before we start. Intricate is the job.

WHAT WE BUILD

FIVE THINGS YOU GET

THE SPEC

A written spec before a line of code, so scope, timeline and cost are fixed before anything starts.

THE INTERFACE

Built for the person who opens it on a Monday morning, not for the engineer who wrote it.

THE DATA LAYER

Wherever the tool pulls its numbers from, reconciled and correct, so what it shows can be trusted.

THE MAINTENANCE PLAN

What could break, how it gets caught, and who fixes it, written down before launch, not improvised after.

THE WALKTHROUGH

A working session with the people who will use it every day, plus written docs for the ones who join later.

PROOF

ALREADY RUNNING

Custom builds are the newest thing we sell publicly, and the oldest thing we do. The dashboards, automations and assistants on the other pages are all builds. This page is for the ones that don’t fit a category.

HOW IT STARTS

THE BUILD SPEC

ENTRY DIAGNOSTIC · BUILD SPEC

A fixed price engagement, not a quote. We turn what you are improvising today into a written spec: what the tool does, what it touches, and what it takes to build. You leave with a plan, and the fee is credited toward the build if you move forward.

QUESTIONS

CUSTOM BUILDS, SPECIFICALLY

What if we do not know exactly what we want yet?

That is normal. The Build Spec exists to turn a vague idea into a fixed scope before anything gets built.

Can you build on top of our existing systems?

Usually, yes. Most builds connect to tools you already run rather than replacing them.

What happens if we need changes after launch?

Built so you’re never trapped: documented, handed over, and understandable by any developer you hire after us.

Are you a one-off project shop or a long-term partner?

Whichever you need. Every build ships documented and monitored, so staying on is useful, but never required. If you want ongoing changes and monitoring, we do that. If you want to take it and run, it is built so you can.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Find out what your build actually requires.

A fixed price diagnostic, credited toward the build if we do one. You leave knowing exactly what’s broken, what it’s costing you, and what fixing it takes. The findings are yours either way.

No 20 minute forms. Three questions, then pick a time.
